Diversity, Identity,
& Social Cognition (DISCO) Lab at UNCW
Welcome!
The Diversity, Identity, and Social Cognition (DISCO) Lab investigates how people perceive, maintain, and form social group memberships. We take a social cognition approach to understanding topics related to intergroup relations, social perception, and diversity.
The DISCO Lab is supervised by Jasmine B. Norman, Assistant Professor of Psychology, at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
*Dr. Jasmine Norman will be accepting graduate student applications (M.S. or PhD) for the 2024-2025 application cycle. Prospective students should apply through the UNCW application system.
